Birthday Parties

Party Hours and Check In: The hours booked for your special birthday party cannot be changed.  Please be on time and check in 30 minutes early.

Clean Up: There is 30 minutes designated for cleanup.  An additional $100 charge will be assessed for each additional ½ hour thereafter. Please put all trash in the appropriate receptacle.  A $50.00 charge will be added if left in disarray.

Corral Etiquette: Please have children be aware of all signs posted.  The animals are on a strict diet and cannot be fed anything other than what is designated their feed.  Do not allow them to feed the animals anything out of their own food.  Have them wash their hands after playing with the animals.  Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult anytime they are outside the fenced area.

Food: Bring your own picnic utensils, cake, drinks, and any food that you want to provide. Food must be kept within the picnic area.  It is not allowed outside the gates.  No alcoholic beverages are allowed.

Included In All Packages:

  • Petting Corral (2 alpacas, 5 goats, 1 pot-bellied pig, 1 mini donkey, 1 mini horse, 2 chickens)
  • Bunny Corral (Lots of bunnies!)
  • Two or more Ranch Hands
  • Country decorations (for Birthday Party only)
  • Use of 2 long and 1 short decorated banquet tables, as pictured
  • Picnic Table Area (3 picnic tables)
  • Refrigerator
  • Jail House
  • Hay Stack/Slide Photo Area
  • Jewel Mining Area (Jewels and prizes not included)
  • Rocking Saddles Station

Additional Activities and Services Available:

Add these on to any package

  • Horseback/Pony Rides – Up to 20 children – $200.00 per hour
  • Hay Rides – Up to 10 children – $100.00
  • Unfinished Horse Shoes – $2.00 each
  • Additional Hour – Available ONLY for afternoon time slot (2:00 PM start) – requires approval – $300

Additional Information

Payment: A $300 deposit is due immediately upon booking. Your date and time is not confirmed until we receive your paperwork and deposit. The remainder of your balance is due the day of your party. We accept checks or cash. Make checks payable to “Happy Horse Trail Rides, Inc.”  We do accept credit cards, but an additional transaction fee will be added to credit card payments.

Refunds: Your $300 deposit is non-refundable, however you may reschedule your party in the event of severe weather. Please call at least 72 hours in advance if you are concerned about the weather. If your party must be rescheduled due to weather, you are given an 18-month period to schedule your new party. Rescheduling for any other reason requires a minimum 2-week notice, with no guarantees that a suitable reschedule date will be available.
