Monique Hansen
PWEC staff member Monique Hansen helps us with our Camp and Equine Experience programs. She rides various disciplines including Western, English, and Dressage. She encourages balance and confidence to create working partnerships between horse and rider. Monique looks forward to working with you on your equine traveler journey.
Breanna Bateman
I started riding at age 6 in Palos Verdes and won several LSAC buckles. I began showing in PCQHA and was the novice youth saddle winner at age 13. I showed VQHA circuits and won high point for ages 13-15 in Western Equitation. I represented Rolling Hills High School on the Equestrian Team. We were school champions my senior year. I won the IEL medal for Western Equitation. I am a lifetime member of AQHA and have won numerous Awards of Merit in all western pleasure and hunt seat equestrian disciplines. I competed at AQHA Congress and was top 15 in Western Horsemanship. I showed in halter, showmanship, horsemanship, western riding, trail, western pleasure, hunter under saddle, and hunt seat equitation. I have AQHA points in all of the mentioned disciplines. I’ve won saddles, saddle pads, show halters, saddle covers, blankets, trophies, and ribbons. I worked as a trail guide in Topanga Canyon at LA Horseback Riding.
