Great for beginners! No one left alone, ranch hands always close by to walk alongside the horses and ready to assist anyone!

• $600 for 2 hours + Trail Rides – minimum age 6 – $50 per kid for a 1/2 hour ride each
• Country Decorations included
• Petting Zoo and picnic area included
• 8 kid minimum
• 20 kid maximum
• Hay Rides – $100 per half hour, up to 8 kids per ride (based on weight)
• Used Horse Shoes – $1 per shoe, real horse shoes your guests can take home!

Party Hours and Check In: The hours booked for your special birthday party cannot be changed.  Please be on time and check in 15 minutes early.

Clean Up: There is 30 minutes designated for cleanup. Please put all trash in the appropriate receptacle.  A $50.00 charge will be added if left in disarray.

Stable Etiquette: Please have children be aware of all signs posted.  The animals are on a strict diet and cannot be fed anything other than what is designated their feed.  Do not allow them to feed the animals anything out of their own food. Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult anytime they are outside the fenced area.

Note: No decorations or balloons allowed. (We don’t want to scare the horses!)

Food: Bring your own picnic utensils, cake, drinks, and any food that you want to provide. Food must be kept within the picnic area. No alcoholic beverages are allowed.

Refunds: Please be certain of your booking date, due to the fact that we have a strict cancellation policy and cannot move you to another day.  We hope you understand that we have limited space for parties and schedule our staff accordingly so that we can make it your best party ever.  The exception to refunds is if you choose to cancel your party due to rain.

Payment: Make checks payable to “Happy Horse Trail Rides, Inc.”  We now accept credit cards for an additional transaction fee.
